I wasn't even officailly "tagged" but I stole it from my cousins blog because I thought it looked fun!

It was Nov. 1st and we were at the Pioneer Valley Hospital to meet our sweet little baby boy. This is the first time Troy ever held our little boy Deacon.  I love this picture!!!

The things kids say

So we were at the store the other day and this older lady walked past us in one of the isle and Oakley looks at her and said " Wow you are really old, I bet your going to turn up to heaven pretty soon."  Isn't that lovely!  Luckily I don't think the women spoke english.  

 

THANK YOU FOR CHRISTMAS

This holiday season will be one of our most memorable because we have been shown love, thoughtfulness and the spirit of giving from our friends and family. We are so grateful for all our wonderful friends that have helped us through this last year and are happy to be back in Utah with them.

CHRISTMAS PARTIES!!!

We had our Stock Christmas Party in Brigham City and then went bowling.

We had fun making gingerbread trains at the Burton Christmas Party

and of course opening presents.

The kids made crafts at the Bollingers Party and I didn't get pictures of all the fun the parents were having without the kids.

Oakley had a cute little Christmas Program with her preschool which I went to all by myself with Deacon who wanted to sit by "Ya Ya" the whole time. Great Fun!

thats right it says Sleeping Oakley and for those of you that don't know Oakley she is completely obsessed with Sleeping Beauty or Princess Aurora. Oakley will definitely be living happily ever after now.

And FINALLY the day we have all been waiting for CHRISTMAS!!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and Thanks again to everyone out there who helped make our Christmas wonderful too!!!

I miss my baby boy!

Deacon is getting so big and I have been missing him as a baby.  I came across these in my pictues, isn't he just the sweetest little thing?  I love my "Deac Deac"!!

Halloween

I wasn't going to blog Halloween since Christmas is next week ( I know I'm a little behind) but I just Love Halloween!!  

BIRTHDAYS!!!

It gets so crazy this time of year especially when your kids both have a birthday right next to the holidays.  Our sweet little Deacon turned the Big Terrible 2 on Oct. 31st and Oakley celebrated her 5th birthday Princess style (of course!).  

Deacon is sooo into cars right now.  It has been fun to have a boy and get a break from princesses every once in awhile.

Eating cake with my Pa Pa and playing some cars with my B.F.F. Ev   This is the life for a Two Year Old!

          And then we have her Majesty Princess Oakley's Birthday Party!     

           

We played a little pin the kiss on Sleeping Beauty and then Prince Tracy slayed the dragon (with a little help from King Troy) and saved all the fair maidens.

I can't believe my little ones are getting so big!  I love them and am so grateful that we were blessed with such wonderful kids.

Scarecrow Festival

I love Fall and Halloween!!  There is always something fun going on.  We went with some friends to the Scarecrow Festival at Thanksgiving Point.

 There were a lot of rides and games for the kids.  Of course Deacons favorite was the "Brrrm Brrrms".....

....and of course this is what happened when the ride was over.

We also got to meet Shawn Bradley, look how huge this guy is!! Anyway Troy thought it was pretty cool.  If you have never been to the Scarecrow Festival you really should go, it is great fun!!

1) Where did you meet? At Dixie College in St George.  We meet the first day of school and had three classes together, we hung out after school and everyday after that.
2) How long did you date before you got married? 7 months
3) How long have you been married? 7 years in Feb.
4) What is your favorite feature of his? Troy thinks it's his sweet abs but I like his, well everything, he is perfect.
5) What is your favorite quality of his? His personality, he can talk to anyone and is fun to be around

9) When and where was your first kiss? On dixie rock... I know!, I know!! 
10) What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? Troy is trying to help me with this but I'm not going to put what his favorite thing to do is!  We like to watch movies, talk, and just be able to spend time together, which we don't get to do to often these days.
11) Do you have any children? A 5 year old girl and 2 year old boy
12) Does he have a hidden talent? I think he has a really good singing voice and he also plays the Trombone :)

14) Who said "I love you" first? I did, I was leaving for the weekend to go to Nikki's wedding and when I left it just came out and then i felt kind of stupid for saying it but he grabed my hand and hurried and said "I love you too" it was really cute.
15) What is his favorite type of music? He really likes all kinds of music but I don't think he is too fond of the rap.
16) What do you admire the most about him? I admire everything about him, he is so talented and smart. He is a great dad and is so good to me. I am the luckiest person in the world.
